We were with 10 people for the birthday dinner. The service was unfriendly, incompetent and sometimes even outrageous. No greeting of the guests when they come in. Wordless holding out the menu. (6 cards for 10 guests). Unfriendly demeanor through and through. You could literally see the job annoying her. Not a single smile all evening. Guests sat in front of empty plates and glasses for a long time, when drinks wanted to be ordered while clearing the table, the answer was "Not now, I'm only clearing up now". There was no goodbye while leaving. The jubilee, who had invited to the birthday dinner, criticized the appearance of the waiters when paying and noticed that among his guests there was also someone from the hotel business who did the above. Can judge points from an expert point of view. Answer of the waitress: "He could have helped too". This can hardly be surpassed in insolence. Fortunately, the good quality and taste of the food made up for it a little.

We were here for a birthday. What can I say? We were all in love with the cheese soup! An absolute highlight! The main courses were in a nutshell. Here to mention the croquettes. I do not know how they are made, but it does not matter because they were delicious. Will definitely come back. As a potential, I see the visual design of the restaurant: carpet, decoration, table linen, everything is somehow a bit getting old, but does not spoil the food!

Rude and no service! for me the store is simply a no go! Totally overpriced for the price, but worst of all the service, here are a few examples: when you come to the restaurant, not a nice good evening, crooked mouth corners worse than any Merkel parody. When asked where you can get the wlan code, go to the reception, ok it can happen, the order was accepted without words and a petrified face, maybe it was the botox, I don't know! The food was good, but the spices were missing, as Frau seldom happily did not react, so we went looking for salt and pepper ourselves and found it a few tables away, but the pepper was empty here too, when asked if You could get some pepper, again no reaction, so a second treasure hunt and you found a large wooden pepper mill that still contained something. But the lady in question immediately collected it again with the reason that it should be empty and that it was also decorated. again no reaction to another request for pepper and salt! example 2: they wanted to pay with a credit card, at the entrance there is also a big letter, master or visa are accepted, no came from the nice lady from the service, that wouldn't work, only EC. ok then just EC, strangely enough the next day my colleague could pay for his room with a credit card, so it was lied to your face! great! When my colleague wanted to order two more schnapps after my return to the table and asked whether this was possible and would also tell me about it in cash, there was again this curvature of the earth at the corners of the mouth and a look, if looks could kill and it became clear with the serving left a lot of time! clearing away was quick, I wasn't finished with my meal, they wanted to take my plate away from me, no it wasn't that late and we weren't alone in the restaurant (I paid at 9:50 p.m. according to the receipt!) The breakfast a carelessly placed arrangement, I didn't have breakfast myself, but received this information from my colleague, food quality and selection of youth hostel level! encouraged by the service in the evening, the hotel host came in, hmm funny, supposedly a very nice employee, but you know, people are just different! wow so no excuse no garnix! and the denounces that you haven't had breakfast, not even, ok, I'll leave you euro 3 or 4.80 or whatever room for the price a bit worn out Conclusion for the price too expensive! And that you can't even get your teeth apart in the restaurant and at least wish you a good appetite, I mean, in contrast to a major renovation, something like that doesn't cost any money, incomprehensible and the operators behave condescendingly!

The place is cheaper and conditions are like you would expect. Design is old-stylish and windows are dirty. Inside, the place is clean. Breakfast is "lidl stuff" like. The view is nice. Only visited for a single night.

Very good home-style food at a fair price. The inventory is a bit old but the view is great. Unfortunately I have to deduct one star for the sometimes very moody wait staff. It is also not welcomed if you just have a drink ... For that, big thumbs down !!

We go to the Hotel Restaurant Panorama to eat regularly. We also like to celebrate our birthdays there with the whole family. The quality of the food is always excellent, the salads fresh and the portions sufficient; if you want a little more sauce, this request will be gladly complied with. There is something for everyone on the menu and the price / performance ratio is absolutely right. The service is friendly and courteous. We can highly recommend the panorama. You also have a wonderful view and in good weather you can see as far as Stuttgart.

Not at all suitable for a dinner with several persons (10). Staff is completely overwhelmed the food to serve and at the same time drink requests to accept (drinks come about 1 hour after the meal). These are small portions of 7/10 people were not full and that at an overpriced price. 1 star and I can not recommend it

The service was very rude, we were about 40 people and only two operators unfortunately very rude, did not drink until everyone had his food and the others are meanwhile thirsty, if you wanted to order came "not now" ... well would like Do not know if even more people who did not belong to us would have been there, as the older lady would have reacted ... Food was delicious Unfortunately, small children have to wait longer for food than anywhere else.

Nice view, quiet location, well-equipped rooms, lush breakfast and nice operators

Very clean the owners are friendly, the room is big, can be a bit pricey for the place, it was a step in our journey. 82 euros to two breakfast included.
